amazing stay!!!
perfect hotel locationreally good staffgood breakfast
i was thrilled the hotel was great location near the bridge. the staff was really good and even exchanged currency for me, that was helpful! my room overlooked the park, and the windows opened wide, filling the room with fresh air. the breakfast was good, and the staff there was also amazing!
I hope they consider renovating to enlarge them and improve the experience.

mixed feelings at the hotel
broken treadmillstale pastries
the gym situation frustrated me. it was smaller than i expected. only one treadmill was actually working and it had a sign saying 'out of order'. the breakfast also annoyed me. the pastries tasted stale even though they looked good, and the coffee was weak. i expect better at this price.

the interaction from pre-arrival email contact to check-out was smooth. the room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. the cosmetics in the bathroom felt high quality. the breakfast selection was adequate (the croissants were divine). all staff i met were very nice and helpful.
they also seemed cramped.

the hotel is near the lake. there are also many bars and restaurants nearby. exploring the city was simple due to the convenient public transportation, and the hotel provided useful transport cards for daily use.

the staff provided super service at the reception. a cute and tasty breakfast-box was prepared for my departure. they allocated a room promptly upon my early arrival at 8am, well before the standard check-in time, which i found very accommodating.

my room was clean and new. i found the shower very fine and the bed was great. the room included high-quality shower gel, soap, and shampoo. the hotel offered a good view from the window overlooking the inner garden.

amazing stay near the lake

This place really nailed it for me. my room faced the quiet inner courtyard and i got great sleeps. i even saw a hotel manager help out with guests checking in. It showed they cared. the renovated classic room felt both new and cozy.

I was just a short walk from the waterfront, about a half-block away. the train station was easy to reach. It took me around five minutes on foot. many shops and restaurants were close. This made exploring really simple.
